performative educational effort, The Institute for
Contemporary/Ancient
Learning is set up for the interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and
intercultural exploration of the themes and practices of The Global
Noetic
Repertoire in its traditional, scientific and other relevant
expressions. It
works for the cultivation of integrated,
sustaining meaningfulness in
interpersonal, organizational, community and global ecopolitical life.
It works
for the sustaining values, meanings and interpretations, humanistic and
spiritual, that inform and support sustainable human and earth-human
systems.
From
“The
Global Noetic Repertoire” of nondual and
holistic, systemic, nonreductive and integral insights, The Institute
invites
you on a case-by-case basis to a collaborative,
animating hybridization of
ancient wisdom and contemporary humanistic and scientific insight
in
surprisingly revealing and beneficial ways. Practical holistic insights
contribute meaningfully and imaginatively to the sustainability of
interpersonal, organizational, and institutional well-being
and to
ecohumane democratic polity.

Resources: Rare expertise from over thirty-five
years of graduate and undergraduate university teaching, research,
fellowships, publications and civic intellectual participation; course
creation in humanities, world literature and literary theory,
comparative philosophy, interdisciplinary liberal studies,
professional studies, systems theory, environment and community
studies, religious studies, adult, community college and high school
education.
- Transdisciplinary
Resources: Research
interconnecting history and evolution of consciousness, consciousness
sciences,
philosophy of science, scientific theory, myth, symbol and literary
interpretation,
cultural & symbolic anthropology, analytical &
archetypal psychology,
